Description
Sopressa is a salami which originated in the Veneto region. Its name comes from the Provençal word Saupresada", salted and pressed. The paste is prepared with selected Italian pork which is ground to a medium consistency and enriched with fresh garlic and spices which give it its unique flavour and garlicky fragrance. Matured for 90 days
