Ingredients
Pasta (45%): durum WHEAT semolina, barn EGGS (20% of the paste; 9% of the total), soft WHEAT flour, water, salt. Filling (55%): ricotta cheese (MILK whey, salt, acidity regulator: E330), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour kind "0", brewer's yeast, salt), MILK whey powder, sunflower oil, Grana Padano PDO cheese (MILK, salt, preservative: lysozyme from EGG), starch, black truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt. ) (2% of the filling; 1,1% of the total), salt, flavourings, preservative: E200, spices. Rice flour for sprinkling.
